YOUR ITINERARY
Saturday |A morning greeting from your taxi driver as you are met at your front door before meeting the coach to depart on your holiday. Today we make a lunch stop in the stunning market town of Beverley. Easily explored on foot, the town has the perfect mix of independently owned boutiques and High Street stores, along with its popular market. Don’t miss the Minster, arguably one of Europe’s best Gothic buildings.
Sunday | This morning we head to Pickering to board the North Yorkshire Moors Railway and make the one way journey through the stunning Yorkshire Moors to the beautiful seaside resort of Whitby.
Monday | A leisurely breakfast before spending the day exploring the wonderful seaside resort of Scarborough.
Tuesday | Today we visit Castle Howard – a place like no other. Home to the Earl’s of Carlisle, the Howard family. Castle Howard’s friendly and knowledgeable guides are on hand to share their stories with you as you tour the house at your own pace, exploring a treasure trove of inspiring architecture and interiors, as well as world-renowned collections. With 1,000 acres of parkland & gardens to explore, Castle Howard is a haven of peace and tranquillity with extensive woodland walks, temples, lakes and fountains. The monumental landscape offers breath-taking views at every turn.
Wednesday | After breakfast we must bid farewell to our hosts for the break. We begin our journey south to Lincolnshire, making a lunch stop in Bridlington for one last seaside stroll before returning to Boston where your taxis will be waiting for you to complete your journey.
